Collage.
After I created my textured backgrounds I was able to begin to start building up layers for my image, I narrowed down 2 of my favourite patterns, I did this by visualising what patterns would work best with each other, I then sketched a few ideas before scanning in my final two.
Editing them on Photoshop allowed me to remove the white background quickly and easily, overlapping the images and altering their transparency allowed me to create e visually effective image. By placing my hand written name on top I was able to have a finished piece of work, and despite a lot going on in the image.
Each layer or image could still be seen. This task helped develop my Photo Shop skills even further and allowed me to expand my knowledge of the colour range tool, which can be really useful in Photoshop.
